Westminster Abbey West Door

The oak chair which was built by order of Edward I in 1300 has been used for every coronation since 1308. There are many monuments and statues here. Just inside the West Door is the tomb of the Unknown Warrior. The soldiers of all ranks, killed in the First World War, are buried here.
