The theories of origin of the state and law
The Issue:The contradiction between dozens of theories of the occurrence and origin of both the state and a core element of the power of the dominant ideology in the State - the law.
The project Idea: Seeking the ways and means of overcoming existing contradictions.
Project goal: Identify the basic questions of all theories of any State or particular thinker of antiquity and compare with the proceedings of the philosophers of renaissance as well as the oeuvres of scientists of the Industrial Revolution, and also in comparison with modern legal scholars.
Project objectives:
4. Find and study the relevant materials on such problems and their effect on the perception of modern scholars and their solutions.
5. Examine the existing problems and their solutions according to the study, based on a country or a specific work of a scientist.
6. Distinguish (based on the prediction of possible consequences of proposed solutions to the problem) the potential problems with which possible to face.
Possible solutions to a given issue:
1. Make an effort to find and resolve the contradictions in the theories;
2. Find all available information related to the modern theories that have arisen in our time;
3. as well as the views expressed in these works of modern attorneys and based on a combination of advantages and disadvantages of both time-tested theories of prominent philosophers, and new theories to try to find the most plausible theory.
