To have unusual animals
1)Many people keep pets because they
love animals, want to have a loyal friend
or are afraid of loneliness. 2)Some people
even keep unusual animals like snakes,
spiders or exotic lizards. 3)I don’t understand
why exotic animals attract people.
4)A snake or a spider may be dangerous
and can sting you. 5)Moreover, they need
special living conditions and special food
that can be a big problem. 6)To my mind,
the best pet is a dog.
7)A lovely spaniel Don lives in my
house. 8)He is a true member of our family.
9)Don is a very good companion
and feels when I am happy or sad. 10)He
always shows his happiness by jumping up
and down when I come home. 11)Don is
playful and very loyal to all the members
of my family. 12)On the other hand, he
needs a lot of attention. 13)We must feed
and brush him, take to daily walks and to
the vet. 14)But I can’t say that all these
things make big problems for us. 15)We are
happy to take care of Don and have such
a wonderful friend in our house.

улюбленців,
тому що вони люблять
тварин, хочуть мати вірного друга чи
побоюються бути самотніми. 2)Деякі
люди навіть утримують незвичайних
тварин, таких як змії, павуки або екзо-
тичні ящірки. 3)Я не розумію, чому ек-
зотичні тварини приваблюють людей.
4)Змія чи павук можуть бути небезпеч-
ними та вкусити тебе. 5)Більше того,
вони потребують спеціальних умов та
спеціальної їжі, що може бути великою
проблемою. 6)На мою думку, найкра-
ща домашня тварина — це собака.
7)Чудовий спанієль Дон живе
у моєму домі. 8)Він справжній член
нашої родини. 9)Дон — чудовий то-
вариш і відчуває, коли я щасливий,
а коли сумний. 10)Він завжди демон-
струє свою радість, підстрибуючи, коли
я приходжу додому. 11)Дон полюбляє
гратись, і він відданий усім членам моєї
родини. 12)З іншого боку, він потребує
багато уваги. 13)Ми повинні годувати
та розчісувати його, водити на щоденні
прогулянки та до ветеринара. 14)Але
я не можу сказати, що все це створює ве-
ликі проблеми для нас. 15)Ми щасливі
піклуватись про Дона та мати такого
чудового друга в нашому будинку.
