Distinguished students!

Karaganda state medical university, Ministry of the science under student´s republic «Samruk» and student´s scientific community, in honor to Worldwide scientific day, invite you to participate in intrauniversity student´s science conference entitled «Worldwide scientific day» which will be held 10 november to the place: Karaganda, st. Gogol´ 40 (CRL)

The goals and objectives of the conference:

To determine main directions of the scientific movement among young student population by creating an environment for sharing of experience between participants.

Main directions of the conference

1. Section: Clinical and laboratory medicine

2. Section: Public health

3. Section: Human and social science

Conference is organized for students of the KSMU 1-5 courses regardless of faculty.

Forms of participation: publication, oral report.

Languages of the conference: Kazakh, Russian, English.

Deadline for the submission of material for publication in a compendium and application for participation is 7 November 2016.

Registration for participation starts at 9.00 10 November in the hall of the main building of KSMU (CRL)

To take part in the conference you have to send following materials to Organizing Committee´s address (as one set of documents named after the surname of the first author):

1. application for the conference (form is attached);

2. scanned copy of the first page with visa of academic advisor;

3. report, thesis (electronic version);

Requirement to the appearance of publication

1. Absract have to consist less than 30 lines on the page with corresponds to single line spacing, font Times New Roman, size 12,top and bottom margin 2 cm, left margin 4 cm, right margin 1,5. On the first line indicate UDC on theses, on the second – full names of authors (less then 5) with indication of the academic advisor. On the lower line – title of the abstract (in capital letters), on the next line – course and faculty**. At the end of the abstract should be identified addresses and contact numbers of authors.Less than 2 theses can be accepted to the publication from the same authors. The abstract should not exceed the volume of 3 pages as a whole.

* The full names of authors are indexed with the place of work each of them – A.V. Galmutdinov 1, N.I. Khaknazar 2, G.K. Abylai 3.

2. The photos, pictures and drawings should be scanned or done in electronic version.

3. The tables should be entitled, numbered and printed.

4. Abbreviating words, names, titles apart from generally accepted are not allowed. The measures should be given in SI unit.

5. The list of the literature is compiled on alphabet and is executed in accordance with GOST 7.1-2003. The bibliographic references in the text on the quoted literature should be given in square brackets. The references on unpublished works are not allowed.

The materials will be published in a compendium by blindly copying so the works are accepted only in carefully edited form with compliance all mentioned above requirements.

7. Sending to the Organizing Committee works which was published before or was sent to other wordings are not allowed.

8. The publications will be published (for free) in the compendium which will be released on student portal of the KSMU (sp.kgmu.kz) and distributed to all participants on electronic host (CD/DVD)

Organizing committee and drafting committee reserved the right to select the articles and reports on conference

Within the conference are planned to hold master classes and educational seminars.
