Attention, please. This is our tour schedule for a trip to Exeter next week. We meet at the bus station at 9 o’clock on Monday and board coach number 147. The coach departs at 9.30, so don’t be lateplease. At 11 we make a stop for toilets.

Our group arrives at Exeter at 12.30 and goes to the Belmont Hotel. We check in at 12.45 and then have pizza and sandwiches for lunch. We visit the Exeter Museum at 2.30 and have tea at the museum café at 4 o’clock.

At 5 we get back to the Belmont Hotel and have some time to rest and change our clothes before the concert. At 6 o’clock we have dinner at the theatre restaurant, the concert starts at 7.30. So we don’t get back to the hotel until about 10 o’clock at night. I hope you all havea good sleep because early in the morning we take a return coach that leaves Exeter at 9.30.
