Openly – more / less openly – most / least openly

(How?)

(In what manner?)

де? (Where?)

(Why?)

(When?)

(To what degree?)

now, today etc. д.)

usual – usually (звичайний – зазвичай)

Складні (compound):

sometimes (іноді)

Складові (composite):

at least (нарешті)

Прислівники місця (adverbs of place) – there, at home (там, удома). Прислівники часу (adverbs of place) – late, early, then (пізно, рано, потім). Прислівники ступеня (adverbs of degree) – rather, a bit (досить, небагато).

It's snowing heavily. Will you come home late today?

Наступні прислівники і прикметники мають одну форму на двох: fast, hard, early, late, long, far, little, much, straight.

Tourists arrived at the station very early. They took an early train.

My aunt lives near the school. My grandmother is nearly 65.

Openly – more / less openly – most / least openly

Soon – sooner – soonest (скоро)

До них відносяться before, here, very та інші.

Far – farther – farthest (далеко)

Far – further – furthest (далеко)

Badly – worse – worst (погано)

Little – less – least (мало)

Much – more – most (багато)

Well – better – best (добре)
