1.Subject and tasks of learning the discipline "Psychology of business intercourse."

Academic discipline "Psychology of business intercourse" is the humanities, integrative course that has close ties with various academic disciplines: psychology, management, psychology of labor, management psychology, sociology, social psychology, personality psychology, rhetoric and others. The discipline is the basis for forming of professional competences of future aviation industry specialists, which are shown in the process of intercourse with colleagues, administration and in common professional activity.

The aim of the discipline is to highlight (висувати на перший план) modern scientific concepts, definitions, methods and techniques of interpersonal business intercourse, which promote the formation of professional competences of future aviation industry specialists.

The subject of this course is to study the psychological principles of intercourse in the professional and business sectors. The main purpose of his overtaking is the mastery of psychological theory and practice of business intercourse. Realization of this goal will occur during the following tasks:

- overtaking the psychological foundations of business communication and conflict studies by students;

- determine the level of formation of communicative skills and capabilities to regulate conflicts in the business sector;

- overtaking the system of methods and means of business intercourse;

- forming ability to organize business meetings, collective discussions, effective impact on the audience;

- acquisition strategies, methods of regulation conflicts.

The main category of this discipline is business intercourse. Its subject is the bearer active, efficient, creativity, communicative experienced personality able consciously to plan, organize his own communicative activities, affect the partner, take it, analyze and evaluate information, the psychological state of the interlocutor, it has developed emotional intellect.

The subject of business intercourse can be an individual: head, colleague. The subject of business intercourse is also a social group that is interacting with the subjects of the environment affects the behavior of each member of the communication process.

The object of business intercourse - a joint activity of communicators. Its results – increasing quality of communicative activities, deepening awareness, development of communication skills, enrich the communication experience.

2. The concept of intercourse in psychology.

Intercourse - is a form of psychological relationship of people in the course of their work together. It is the interaction of people in the process of joint activity that involves the exchange of information, perception of other people, sharing thoughts, actions.

Intercourse has its own structure. It consists of three components: communication, perception and interaction. G.M. Andreyeva calls them parties (сторони) intercourse.

1. Communication - the exchange and transfer of information between people (ideas, beliefs, interests, moods, feelings). Information not only passed, but also formed, clarifies, digest. Basic requirements for posts: clarity, credibility to the transmitter of information, an optimal feedback. Communication component of intercourse affects favorably to enrich the human experience, the accumulation of knowledge, coordination of actions. Communicative aspect of intercourse is realized through verbal and nonverbal means. They are effective when partners of intercourse have similar system of coding and decoding information: "speak the same language." It promotes mutual understanding. If this unity is absent - there are various communication barriers (motives that prevent intercourse with a person or group of people). Sharing information, a person can get conflicting information about an event or person that can not be explained or justified: there is the psychological discomfort or cognitive dissonance: the state of discomfort and tension caused by the contradiction between opposing knowledge in one person. The author of the theory of cognitive dissonance is an American sociologist, psychologist A. Festinger (1957). To reduce or eliminate the dissonance, man actively prevents uncoordinated situation or information; seeks to change the feelings, actions associated with dissonance.

2. Interaction (Latin interaction) - the interaction of people, building a common strategy of interaction between the partners aimed at changing their attitudes and behavior. Interaction provides: each member has this activity to contribute, that activity must be shared. Interaction can have character of cooperation or competition between individuals.

3. Perception (Latin perception - perception, recognition) - mutual perception, understanding and evaluation of communication partners.

Intercourse is a necessary condition for the existence of human factor of social development. Through intercourse people and groups engage in material, political and religious relations. Intercourse is characterized by content, function, methods, style.

Intercourse may have a different content, which is found in the following actions:

- transmition of information;

- perception interlocutors each other;

- mutual evaluation by interlocutors;

- mutual influence on each other;

- interaction;

- management of group mass activity.
