Food is a source of energy

Food is really a source of energy. Food required to maintain life. All food is made up of nutrients which our bodies use. There are different kinds of nutrients: carbohydrates, proteins, fats, vitamins and minerals..Most often, they are contained in Masach, also in fruits and vegetables.For example, aubergine, cucumber, tomatoes, potatoes and other very useful for health , especially when they are fresh.

It is important not only freshness , but also their preparation.As we know, meals can be cooked in different ways: fried, boiled, steamed, baked and grilled. Steamed vegetables are very healthy and tasty.I particularly don't like. I how strange it seems that this is food for those who are on a diet.We most love oily and spicy food.But today's youth loves fast food, that is takeaway raw fish or whatever it's called sushi.But a lot of them is impossible, still they are harmful to health.In the same way harmful to health, and frozen foods.Because frozen foods lose energy and it is impossible to determine the exact shelf life.Therefore it is better not to use them.I do not know about others, but in our cuisine no frozen food. Parents are against us to eat junk food. And we should disobey them, because they we not bad advice.

There are three main messages to follow for healthy eating:

1. First, we should eat less fat, particularly saturated fat.

2. Secondly, we are to cut down on sugar and salt.

3. Thirdly, we must eat more fresh fruit and vegetables.

I also want to stick to these points.First of all I do not eat animal meat at all. I prefer fish and other sea products. So in the morning I usually have some cottage cheese with kefir, then I have tea with two butterbroads. At dinner I have vegetable soup, a salad and fried fish. I do not have desserts, but only tea with lemon and sugar. For supper I have just a salad and then I eat fruit.

I do not buy in shops ready-made food or food-products. Better to spend time cooking, than to have problems with health.

Also I prefer to have tea with bitter chocolate or home-made jams. As I do not change my daily dishes, I very seldom have stomach problems. Actually I think that the simpler food is, the better is its taste.

In my opinion each of these two has its advantages and disadvantages. I prefer to have brothers and sisters than being an only child, and this really is the case.

To begin with – I have a sister. She is 3 year (Okay, actually 3 year and 3 months, to be precise) older than me and in fact we are getting on very well. I know that i can rely on her for everything. Both of us are such kind of people that we’ll do everything for each other. Well sometimes we have quarrels but it is normal to have disagreements and conflicts (especially during our teenage years).

It is an advantage to have brothers and sisters because if you have suchshe will protect you. If you are an only child your family will only be concentrated only on you and you might end up being spoiled, which is definitely not good. The reason is simply because when you grow up, at some point the rest will start noticing that you are solely concentrated on yourself, you are thinking about yourself, you are not used to sharing e.g. things, food, whatever. If you are alone you’ll feel like something is missing, even though there are people who live happy being on their own – everyone feels differently about it, I guess, but I do I have friends that want nothing than having a little brother or sister to care for.

3. Are you a spender or a saver? (shopping, fee, to be worth, inherit, to borrow, can’t afford, a bank account, waste)

There are different kind of people in shopping. Some of them save money and buy only what they really need, some of them spend money for things, which do not worth his price. I am a person who do not like buy things only for be “fashionista” or just this thing is nice. In my mind, this is waste of money. First of all, I choose clothes or other things by their quality. I think this is crucial in choosing clothes. Because the time of your wearing clothe depend of that. Another vital thing I take into consideration is comfort. I should feel myself free every time. I am not a person who squeamish for clothes. Some of my clothes I inherit from my brother. Such as hoody, camping clothes and suit for surfing. My brother wear clothes very accurately, due to I can confidently take his clothes. On the other hand, I cannot barrow clothes from my friends or vice versa. When I make a shopping in big entertainments, I make a fee with my bank account. This is more comfortable than pay with cash.

It is better to be saver. Because the money which you saved by clothes may spend for more wonderful things like travelling or charity. There are a lot of people who cannot afford even basic clothes for wearing. This will be great if we will help them as we can do it.

To summarize my idea I want to say that we should control our costs and buy only necessary clothes or other things. Shortly, we should be saver.
