Famous cheating moments in sport (cheating, beat, coach, referee, spectators, win, score, get injured, touch the ball, football pitch)

Throughout sports history, cheating has existed in every sport in some way, shape, or form, which has caused whatever sport it is to become damaged, sometimes permanently.

There are many different ways to cheat in sports, such as fixing games, placing bets on teams, lying about your age, and the biggest one of them all, taking performance enhancing substances.

Sports such as baseball, track and field, weightlifting, and cycling have all had major problems with performance enhancing substances in recent years. This has caused all of these sports to all face major criticism from fans and the media.

Even athletes that are clean in sports such as Lance Armstrong, Usain Bolt, and Michael Phelps have all been faced with criticism, as these athletes are accused by some of taking these performance enhancing substances, even though none of them have ever tested positive for these substances, and also tell people that they would never put these drugs into their bodies.

In the Olympics, people cheat for national glory such as Marion Jones and Ben Johnson, and because of this, the Olympics are more tarnished than any other sport with performance-enhancing substances.

The truth is, cheating in sports has existed since the beginning of sports history, and exists on all levels of playing fields; from professional all the way down to Little League.

Parents always tell their kids to not cheat as cheaters never win, but that is never true, as cheaters usually win games.

Athletes often come down hard on their peers whenever they cheat, but the accusing athlete usually also cheats.

The reason behind this is that athletes will do anything to gain a competitive edge, as they want to desperately win games, and will do anything in order to do this.

Finally, the truth is that as long as their is competition in sports, cheating will always happen, and there is nothing that anyone can do to stop it.

Kazakh superstitions and beliefs (superstition, belief, think, imagine, strange, luck, win, convince, reveal)

The belief is a superstition, in which to trust or not to believe, however it is the example of national life which is raised by experience and traditions. The belief is a peculiar presage something — good or bad, it is a sign, caution to the person. At the same time, Kazakhs have "sign" which is continuously associated with the concept "prohibitions" that it is forbidden to do (taboo). Today some of these beliefs represent only historical interest, but there are plenty of them, which help to people to live, create and increase spiritual and material wealth.

For example:

1. Do not sit at the corners of the table or you will never get married and have babies

2. Do not greet people while standing in the doorway, as it brings bad luck

3. Kazakhs will bless everyone before a ‘longer’ trip, regardless of their faith, it will bring the traveler good luck.

4. Spit in the air three times to prevent jinxing. People also do this as an equivalent to knocking on wood

5. Kazakh’s religiously fear the ‘evil eye’. This is the fear of hurt or destruction caused by other people’s envy

6. Don’t give yellow flowers as a present. They mean the end of a relationship or jealousy

7. Keeping their home clear of evil spirits, Kazakhs collect a kind of holy grass from the mountains to burn it and shake the smoke around the house

8. If a Kazakh person feels that a room is contaminated with bad energy or a bad spirit, a shaman is called, who will burn incense, cast some spells and chase the evil away

9. Throwing bread out or putting it on the ground will bring you many hungry years
