Annotation

оn the graduation thesis is: «Development of measures to improve the hotel competitiveness and to increase its market share (on the basis of the hotel Mercure Arbat Moscow)» of______________________

The topic of this graduation thesis is: «Development of measures to improve the hotel competitiveness and to increase its market share (on the basis of the hotel Mercure Arbat Moscow)». The theme was chosen due to its relevance in the context of modern trends in the hospitality industry. Nowadays, hotel operation process occurs in the conditions of the world market. Requirements to the quality of service substantially increase.

The structure of this thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, and a conclusion.

The object and subject, main issue and goals of the research, the urgency of the theme are determined in the introduction.

The theoretical base of the hotel competitiveness, the characteristics of competitive advantages, and the main factors of competitiveness are examined in the first chapter.

The second chapter provides an overview of the Hotel Mercure Arbat Moscow, characteristic of the organizational structure, the main indicators of marketing activity, the analysis of the hotel competitiveness and its market share. The ways of rise of the hotel competitiveness are suggested and substantiated.

The conclusion of the thesis contains the main rsults of this study.
The thesis consists 20 tables, 14 figures. The bibliography contains 39 sources. The total volume of the thesis is 87 pages.
