· The conflict of legal norms in time: this is a situation when in one time an old and new legal regulation is in force. Such situation is usually resolved by using a temporary legal regulation showing which legal regulation is binding.

The reason for this is the need to leave some space to act for specific subjects of law, problems with creating the specific legal norm or the regulator cannot keep up with the fast development in some areas of life of economy.

§ Analogy of act: this is a situation when a given legal norm is used in analogical way in similar situation. Analogy of act results from the idea that a given legal relationship would be regulated by the Regulator in an analogical way.
§ Analogia prawa:ten rodzaj analogii stosowany jest w sytuacji, w której nie mona zastosowa analogii ustawy. W takiej sytuacji Sd rozstrzyga dan spraw w oparciu norm wyprowadzon z ogólnych zasad ustawowych lub danej gazi prawa.
§ Analogy of law: this kind of analogy is used when analogy of act cannot be used. In such situation the Court shall settle a given case based on the norm taken from general regulations or a given law.
