On the vocational training of the specialist with higher education
Subject of the contract
The Institute gives, and the Payer pays the training of the Student on the vocational training of the specialist with higher education.
Normative term of training in according to CES is 5 years. After getting by the Student of a full
course of studying and successful passing of final certification he will be given the diploma of the state sample or the document on development of those or other components of educational program in a case of
his deduction from the institute before the end of studying period.
The Rights of the Institute, the Payer, the Student
2.1. The institute has the right to carry out the educational process in it’s own way, to choose the systems of estimations, forms, the order and periodicity of the intermediate certification of the Student, to apply measures of encouragement to him and to impose collectings in the limits of the Charter of Institute, and also according to local statutory acts of the Institute.
2.2. The payer has the right to receive the information on progress, behaviour, the attitude to study of the Student.
2.3. The student has the right: to address to workers of Institute on the questions concerning the process of training; to get full and a trustworthy information about an estimation of his knowledge, skills, and also about criteria of this estimation; to use the property of Institute which is necessary for the realization of educational process, during the occupations stipulated by the schedule; to use the additional educational services which are given by the Institute and not included in the curriculum, on the basis of separately-made contract; to take part in social - culture, improving actions, etc., organized by the Institute.
Duties of the Institute
3.1. To enlist the Student who has executed the established by the Charter and other local statutory acts of the Institute’s conditions of reception, to the Institute under the condition of paying a tuition fee in a size not less than 50 % from the full cost of training for an academic year within five days after successful passing of entrance exams(tests).
3.2. To provide the preparation of the specialist with higher education according to the State educational standard № ____________________________________________.
Duties of the Payer
4.1. To bring a tuition fee in time according to item 6.1. of the real contract.
4.2. To give all the necessary documents in time, to inform about the changes in the documents identifying the person of the student, the changes of his place of living within five days, after the occurred changes.
4.3. To inform the Institute about the valid reasons of absence of the Student on occupations within 3 days.
4.4. To indemnify, caused by the Student to property of the Institute, according to the legislation of the Russian Federation.
4.5. To attend all the lectures in accordance to the schedule.
Duties of the Student
5.1. To attend the occupations specified in the educational schedule.
5.2. To carry out the tasks on preparation for the occupations, given by teachers of the Institute.
5.3. To observe the requirements of the Charter of the Institute, Regulations and other local statutory acts, to observe a subject matter and the standard norms of behaviour, in particular, to show respect for scientific and pedagogical, administrative and other personnel of the Institute and other trainees, to encroach their honour and advantage.
5.4. To concern to property of the Institute carefully.
Payment of services
6.1. Payment is made under the internal form of training not later on September, 1 and on February, 1, under the correspondence form of training not later on September, 1 and on January, 1 by transfer of money resources to the settlement account specified in the real contract. In case of delayed entering a tuition fee the Payer compensates the additional charges connected to educational activity, at a rate of
0,2 % from the sum of the debt for each delayed day following a target date of payment.
6.2. The size of a payment for each subsequent semester is established by the order of the Rector on the basis of the decision of the Academic council not later than one month prior to the beginning of a semester and is made out by the additional agreement to the real contract.
6.3. The means brought as a tuition fee, do not come back in cases: deductions for the Student’s will, deductions for infringement of the Charter and Regulations; cancellation of the contract on fault of the Payer, the Student.
6.4. At deduction of the student for the valid reasons the Institute returns to the Payer a part of the payment except the expenses made on training at the moment of cancellation of the contract and 10 % from the sum of return on compensation of an overhead charge.
6.5. The Payer refunds to the Institute the delivery of making the duplicate of the student's card, the test book, for certification of the Student while moving from other Higher School and re-taking examinations over the established quantity at intermediate certification.
The bases of change and cancellation of the contract
7.1. The conditions on which the real contract is made, can be changed either under the agreement of parties, or according to the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
7.2. The institute has the right to deduct the student for defaulting of conditions of items 4 and 5 of the real contracts.
The student has the right to terminate at any time the real contract only from the written approval of the Payer under condition of payment by the Payer to Institute of charges actually suffered by him.
