Taekwon-do Federation has the honor to invite You and Your students to participate at the II-nd edition of the South Eastern Europe I.T.F. Taekwon-do Championships (male and female,children, juniors, seniors and veterans, individual and team categories) which will be held on November 09-11, 2012, in Ivano-Frankivs,Ukraine.

Praticipation tax:
15 €/sportsman, for individual categories
+ 5 €/sportsman for team categories
Legitimacy and weigh in:
The participants legitimacy will be held on 09/11/2012, from 08:30 to 17:00 in arrival order on College of Physical Education, according to the standard aplication forms presented till 01/11/2012 (standard aplication forms are attached to the present invitation). The participants can have only 150 gr above the specified weight limit. Every sportsman has to present his/her ID or certificate of birth.
The draw:
will start at 18:30 on 09.11.2012, with the presence of clubs/teams representatives.
Umpires:
must be dressed according to the regulations, with white sport foot-wear.
Free food and accommodation for the umpires/referees are guaranteed during the championships.
Minimal degree: I-st Dan.
Every club must have at least 1 Referee.
The clubs that have no referees must pay 100 €/club.
Umpires seminar:
on 09.11.2012, at 17:00-18:30.
The umpires will be legitimated at this seminar.
Coaches:
Must wear trennings and sport shoes. They must have a towel at the ringside where the fights will be. No one will be allowed to the rigside without an ID card.
Sportsmen:
Will wear I.T.F. dobok. At sparring categories all the equipment in accordance with the I.T.F. rules must be weared (head protection, gloves, feet protection, groin protection).
Contestations:
Will be held according to the SEETF arbitration rules. Tax of contestation: 50 €. The appeal will be accepted at the Main Umpire’s table only in 5 minutes from the fight finish. The tax will not be returned if the result will not be changed.
Awarding:
Sportsmen will be be awarded with cups, medals and diplomas for the 1-st place, medals and diplomas for the 2-nd and 3-rd places; diplomas for the referees, cups for general team rankings: children, juniors, seniors.
Accommodation:
The clubs that need accommodation must anounce us till November 01, 2012. as a proof of booking necessity. The booking request must be sent to the following e-mail: itf-ukraine@mail.ru
