1. Concept and system of criminal law and criminal legislation. Problems, principles and sources of criminal law.

2. Concept, features and classification of crime.

3. Criminal liability: concept, reasons of its attachment.

4. Circumstances of acts of excluding criminality. Circumstances of aggravating and mitigating of liability.

5. Criminal punishment: concept, features and aims. System and types of criminal punishments.

6. Legislative bases of anti-corruption practices in Kazakhstan. Liability for commission of a crime connected with corruption.

OF KAZAKHSTAN

2. Branches of procedural/adjective law: criminal procedure law, civil procedure law. Administrative process: features of its legal regulation.

3. Object, method, system and principles of civil procedure law.

4. Object, method, system and principles of criminal procedure law.

5. Features of administration of justice in relation to under aged.

6. Features of criminal court proceedings in relation to persons, possessing privileges and an immunity from criminal prosecution. Parliamentary immunity.
