Service teams and related persons

Each member shall remember that he/she is jointly and severally liable for his or her service team and related persons.

 

Any violation of the official regulation published by the organizers, as well as any use of unauthorized equipment, regardless such acts of violation affect the competition results directly or indirectly, shall be judged by the commissioners of the competition who may award penalties up to exclusion of participants from the competition.

Documents to be submitted

Personal

· Licenses of the driver and navigator for the right to participate in the competitions

· Passports of the driver and navigator for identification

· Resolution of the ASN for foreign drivers

· Driving license of the drivers

· At the administrative checks each crew pays a refundable environmental fee (if no comments) for the observance of cleanliness in the service park.

 

Car

· Registration documents of the rally car

· Certificate of car insurance HPE

· Technical passport

· Form of homologation (certification) of the FIA (if any)

 

10.4 Time check points at administrative and technical checks to be passed:

The following time check points will be installed immediately

· before administrative checks (C1).

· after completion of administrative checks (C2).

 

Any delay of registration at time check point C1 shall incur the following penalties:

 

from 1 up to 15 minutes 10 000 tenge
from 16 up to 30 minutes минут 15 000 tenge
more than 30 minutes 20 000 tenge
more than более 60 minutes Refusal of start

 

 

TECHNICAL INSPECTION

 

11.1 Location

Time check points

Time check point (C3) shall be installed immediately before the beginning of the technical inspection.

The crews are given maximum 1 hour after completion of administrative checks (C2) to the technical inspection (C3).

 

Any delay of registration at time check point C3 shall incur the following penalties:

 

 

from 1 up to 15 minutes 10 000 tenge
from 16 up to 30 minutes минут 15 000 tenge
more than 30 minutes 20 000 tenge
more than более 60 minutes Refusal of start

 

11.4At registration at time check point C3 the participants shall be obliged to follow the given rules:

· All rally numbers, identification plates and advertising stickers shall be affixed to the car.

· Fastening holes shall be drilled (according to Appendix 2 to the General Rules of the World Cup for Rally Raids 2016).

· A valid FIA homologation form for cars of category T2 and T4 shall be presented.

· Technical passport of the FIA shall be submitted.

· Protective helmets, head and neck protection system (HANS) and safety clothing for inspection of compliance with the safety requirements of the FIA shall be provided.

· Security Form (available at administrative checks) filled with homologation data (certification) of the FIA for safety helmets, head and neck protection system (HANS) and safety clothing shall be submitted.

· Sport Traxx system in working condition continuously installed on the car shall be presented.

· ERTF device in working order permanently installed on the car shall be provided.

· The first aid kit/ rescue equipment (see Annex 4) shall be provided.


 

BRIEFINGS

 

The first briefing is compulsory to attend by at least one crew member who shall confirm his presence by signature. Any crew not being present on the first briefing shall incur a fine of 20 000 (twenty thousand) tenge.

 

It is strongly recommended to attend the foregoing daily briefings.

 

 

CEREMONIAL START

 

 

Ceremonial start shall be in the Central square of Aktau city.

 

SUPER SPECIAL STAGE

 

 

Super special stage is not provided.

 

 

SPECIAL STAGES

 

 

15.1 Starting intervals

· Stage 1: 2 minute start intervals between all cars.

· From stage 2 to stage 5: 2 minute start intervals between the first 10 cars, 1 minute intervals for all subsequent cars.
