Preparation for the next synthesis

 

Upon the termination of dispensing of solutions organomagnesium combination and TEOS, the miniamalgamator (pos. МС-301 (МС-302)) is washed by pure, dried dibutyl ether. For that the stop valve on of the solutions of organomagnesium combination and TEOS in miniamalgamator before "pos. FS-301, FS-302 (FS-305, FS-306)" is closed and also DEM is given in a bottom of the miniamalgamator before the appearance of DEM in the run-down boxes, the stop valve before run-down boxes is closed, the miniamalgamator mixer is switched on and the washing during 15 minutes is executed. The miniamalgamator mixer is stoped, and a calculated quantity of DEM washes it from below with a downthrow through "pos. FS-301, FS-302 (FS-305, FS-306)" in "pos. Е-307". The miniamalgamator is ventilated by nitrogen for not less than 20 minutes with pressure downthrow through "pos. Е-307".

The possibility of washing is provided with the help of a calculated quantity of dibutyl ether of solutions introduction pipelines of organomagnesium combination and TEOS through pumps (pos. G-301, G-302), through valve of assemblages (pos. FQCSV-304/1, FQCSV-305/1), through coils of heat exchangers (pos. Т-301, Т-302), through miniamalgamator (pos. MS-301 (МС-302)) downwards with a throw in "pos. Е-307". Washed pipelines are ventilated by nitrogen for not less than 20 minutes with downthrow of pressure through "pos. Е-307".

After the unloading of the magnesium-bearing alloy, the reactor (pos. Р-301 (Р-302)) is washed out once by dibutyl ether at temperature (70−80) оС. This dibutyl ether with the remainderes of particles of the magnesium-bearing alloy is gathered in the collection (pos. Е-306) where there is the suspension sedimentation. In the next synthesis DEM from "pos. Е-306" is used again through the unloading pipe for washing the reactor (pos. Р-301 (Р-302)). After five similar operations of washing DEM from the reactor and accumulated at washings in "pos. Е-306" particles of the magnesium-bearing alloy are slurried by means of the pump (pos. Н-305) and are passed over in "pos. Е-307". In case of preparation of a sub-standard party of the magnesium-bearing alloy, this product also goes in "pos. Е-307".
