You can use the title as an attractive call to the organisers but implicit or explicit, and not well justified (within the theme) references to alcohol and party are not allowed. Describe the theme of the SU in once sentence. Remember, all SU must have an elaborated theme. Just saying "cultural visits", "travelling", "fun" or "party" are NOT valid themes.
