§ The registration fee for participation does not include accommodation and food. It is only payment for participation at the Contest. In case of refusal to participate at the Contest the registration fee is not refundable.

§ Hotel Booking is additionally agreed with the Organizing Committee when the application is filed, but not later than 2 weeks before the Contest.

§ Accommodation, food, transport and excursion service will be placed in the Program. It is possible an independent stay on the Contest, as well as staying on a greater number of days.

§ The Organizing committee has the right to place on its website photos from the Contest and use them in advertising materials without the consent of the collective or individual performer.

§ The Organizing Committee accepts suggestions and complaints on the organization of the Contest in writing form by e-mail shkolatalantov.info@mail.ru

Accepting applications

§ For participation at the Contest it’s necessary until October 8, 2016 send to the e-mail of the Organizing Committee shkolatalantov.info@mail.ru application form marked “Application for the Contest «Khrystalniy vasilek» («Crystal cornflower»)” and proof of payment (copy of the receipt). The application will not be registered without payment.

§ Participants pay their own the cost of transferring money to the current account of the Organizer of the Contest, costs of delivery of the original invitation, as well as costs of arrival / departure in (from) Minsk.

§ Participants, ordered and paid for an additional transfer, inform the Organizers in 15 days before the start of the Contest about: date, time of arrival and departure to the train station / airport, train number and carriage number, or flight number.

The Contest jury

Performances are evaluated by the professional Jury, which consist of teachers of specialized educational institutions, famous artists, Honored Workers of Culture, composers and arrangers, heads of creative collectives. The Jury is approved in 3 days before the Contest and can be changed.

 

Rewarding

In accordance with the decision of the Jury contestants in each category and age group are assigned the following title (with the award of diplomas, souvenirs with symbols of the Contest, gift Certificates on others contests, etc.):

§ Grand Prix and a gift

§ Winner of the I , II, III degree and a gift

§ Diploma of the I, II, III degree and a gift

§ Diploma of the Audience Award

§ Diplomas from the jury and a gift

§ Letters of thanks to teachers and heads, whose students received the Grand Prix and / or became winners of I degree will be given at the room of Administration

§ Prizes for all participants from the Sponsors and Organizers of the Contest.

 

In accordance with the decision of the Jury it can be several Grand Prix of the Contest. In exceptional cases the Jury has the right to change the number of winning places in the nominations.

At the suggestion of the Jury the Organizers have the right to make additions and changes at the awarding.

The Organizing Committee, the members of the Jury do not conduct explanatory work, do not give consultations and open classes to participants, parents and heads of teams about result of listening.

Contest results available on the website of the organizer of the Contest www.shkolatalantov.by.

The jury's decisions are final and not be revised. Evaluation points according to competitive protocols are not submitted for public discussion. The program of Gala concert is determined by director-production group on the basis of the jury's decision. The Jury hasn’t the right to disclose the results of the Contest before the official awarding ceremony of the contestants. Rewarding of all contestants regardless of the place is held at the Gala concert.

 

Note: The Organizing Committee has the right to make changes and amendments in this Regulation, placing of competitive programs and lists of participants. The Organizing Committee will inform the participants of the Contest about these changes on website. Contest results available on the website of the organizer of the Contest www.shkolatalantov.byand in the group in the social network VKontaktehttp://vk.com/shkolatalantovbyduring 7 days after the end of the Contest.

 

Food, accommodation and other travel expenses for the residents of the Republic of Belarus are paid by sending organization or from personal funds of the participants.

During the Contest snack bar works at the Palace of Children and Youth "Zolak", Minsk. The average cost per one person is 4-6 Belarusian rubles (1,8$ - 3$).
