B: It is depends on what class are you flying. So for the economy class it is 20 kg, for the first class passengers it is 30 kg.

A: What if I have an excess luggage?

B: You’ll have to pay extra for excess luggage, I think.

A: What can I take as hand-luggage on board the plane?

B: You may take personal belongings, for example, bags, brief-cases, attaché-cases, umbrellas, coats and souvenirs bought at the duty-free shops at the airport.

A: Is that all?

B: Oh, no! Each passenger is given a boarding pass to be shown at the departure gate and to the stewardess when boarding the plane.

A: And are there any landing formalities?

B: Yes, there are some. First of all, you’ll have to fill in an arrival card, where you write your name, country of residence, current address, the purpose and the length of your visit. And then you will have to go through the passport control and the officers will check your passport and visa.

A: I see, and where can I get my luggage back?

B: In the luggage claim area. When you get your luggage you may go to the Customs.

A: I know there are two corridors at the Customs. Red is for ‘Goods to declare’ and Green is for ‘Nothing to declare’.

B: You are absolutely right.

A: Oh, thank you for your information.
