State and action verbs

We use simple and progressive tenses with action verbs.

The meaning of the verb doesn’t change.

Личные местоимения имеют формы двух падежей: именительного падежа (The Nominative case), объектного падежа (the Objective case) .

Личные местоимения в именительном падеже выполняют функцию подлежащего и именной части составного сказуемого:

I saw that picture (подлежащее).

It is I (he, we и т.д.) (именная часть сказуемого).
