Can you tell us a little bit about yourself?

п. Например, Our reference (или Our ref.)

SC/DK/134

Mr. Christopher Long

General Manager

Long Construction Ltd.

34 Wood Lane

London WC1 8 TJ

Great Britain

Christopher Long).

Dear Sir or Madam.

For the attention of Mrs. D. Bolan.

Introduction

Thank you for your letter of…

I’m writing in answer to…

I’m writing to confirm…

With reference to your letter of…

I’m writing regarding…

Dear Ms Jackson,

INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE – 24 APRIL 2015

I’m writing in answer to your letter of 10th February,……………………………………………….

………………………………………………………………………………………………………..

………………………………………………………………………………………………………..

Details

Actions

· Please, let me have full details of the costs involved in building the project.

· If payment is not received within seven days this matter will be placed in the hands of our solicitor.

I look forward to receiving an order from you in the near future.

We look forward to seeing you at our conference.

Please let us know if you need any further information.

We look forward to doing business with you in the near future.

If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Dear Sirs,

Dear Sir or Madam, Yours faithfully

Dear Mr. Singleton,

Dear Mrs. Whitson, Yours sincerely

Yours faithfully,

Sophie Bradley (Mrs)

General Manager

Yours sincerely,

Shirley Johnson

For George Newman

Chairman

Yours faithfully,

Sophie Bradley (Mrs.)

General Manager

Enc

Copy Mr. David Taylor, Accountant
