Business intercourse - it is a mutual process, conditioned to the necessary for implement administrative or professional functions by establishing relationships, adjustment feedback. Particularity of business intercoursein comparison with friendly: it is not organized on the principle of "sympathy - antipathy," "I want - I do not want." This type of intercourse is based on the principle of mutual utility of business partners, objectivity perception of each other. Unlike the friendly, which can be not aim-oriented, spontaneous, unorganized, unprepared, business intercourse is organized, prepared in advance and always aiming at specific targets.

Business intercourse is implemented in such of its forms.

1). Subordinate intercourse provides intercourse between managers and employees, it based on administrative laws. Such intercourse is between managers and employees, between leaders of different levels and it has linear, functional or mixed (linear-functional) character. For linear relations in each manager may be several employees, but each employee - directly to only one supervisor. In functional relations employee may be subordinated simultaneously to several managers, each of them monitors the realization of a specific function.

2). Service-companionship intercourse.It is typically for intercoursebetween colleagues. Administrative and moral standards are the basis of this form.

3). Companionship intercourse. It belongs to intercourse between managers, between managers and employees, it based on moral and psychological norms of interaction.

 

In the system of business and professional relationships there are different types of business intercourse: tutorial, liberal, informative, "inspired", confrontational.

Type of business intercourse is directly dependent on the style of management.

The tutorial type of intercourse corresponds to an authoritarian management style, based on unilateral management and intercourse, focused on teaching, coaching. This same management style corresponds to the "informative" type of intercourse that is aimed at transmitting information. Such intercourse is ineffective because simple relaying information contributes only its passive acceptance.

"Inspired" type of business intercourse is typically to democratic management style (the activity of all participants, combining rigor with justice, dialogue are characteristics of it).

"Confrontational" type of intercourse cause to debate, dialogue with opponents.

Liberal type of intercourse corresponds liberal management style: inability leader in the business interaction to influence its outcome, the head " goes with the stream ".

 

3.The effectiveness of business intercoursedepends on compliance with business partners certain ethical and psychological principles.

 

1. Creating the conditions for the realization of the communicative potential employees. This contributes the delegation by a head, in other words transfer objectives, activities in the competence of some subordinate. Usually specialized activities, some issues routine and ground work are delegated, but not final formulation of aims, plans and programs. There can be no delegating setting goals, decision-making, monitoring results, the management staff and the motivation of their activities, especially important and risky, Urgent, confidential business.

2. Responsibility for transfered information. We mean that every employee should clearly know his job competence (tasks, responsibilities and rights in respect about their realisation).

3. Willingness and ability to follow the words, in any circumstances to fulfill its obligations.

4. Encouragement and punishment in intercourse. Any person seeking to assert themselves, to recognize in the professional sphere. Therefore, the manager must see not only the most active and conscientious workers, and celebrating the achievements of every employee in the management of interaction.Conversation-punishment can be constructed as follows: positive emotions (appreciation of personality in general) - negative (fault analysis) - and again positive (expressing confidence that this will not happen again). Note also that the criticism easier to feel against autocriticism.

5. Efficient use of time allowed for communication, styling information specific timeframe.
