Note: Crowley, "The theory of the Operation was to identify the toad with the 'Dying God' and slay it. At the same time I caused the elemental spirit of the slain reptile to serve me." ... This ritual was published in The Satanists and Aeon II under the title of The Initiation. It is originally found in Crowley's Diary of a Magus (The Urn, Liber 73). In Crowley's handwritten copy he writes that this manuscript is to be given to certain members of the VIth Degree OTO.

Holmes Publishing Group, WA, pamphlet, Feb. 2001
Note: Crowley, "A Brief Abstract of The Symbolic Representation of The Universe derived by Doctor John Dee through the Skrying of Sir Edward Kelly." Part I: The Symbolic Representation of The Universe, and Part II: The Forty-Eight Calls or Keys. ... In A Syllabus of the Official Instruction of AA, Crowley writes that LXXXIV (84) is the "Enumeration of the name Enoch." When this was published in The Equinox Vol.I:7 & 8 it was not listed as a Liber rather than by the subtitles of Part I & II. When the Gems from The Equinox was first published in 1974, the official Liber numeration was added; unfortunately it lists Chanokh as Liber LXXXIX or 89 which is incorrect.
