According to the airline rules, you must keep your pet in the cage / container for transportation of animals / carriage bag during the whole flight.
The space of the aircraft is not safe for an animal, which is outside of the container (in many situations possible on board the aircraft, the animal's behavior is unpredictable even for its owner).
The airline also takes into account the risk of allergic reactions among the passengers.

by an adult. This is extremely important, both for the child's safety and passengers’ comfort.
