Повернення Миколи Азарова на посаду прем’єр-міністра може змусити МВФ припинити переговори щодо надання Україні нового траншу.
Про це передає "Тиждень" з посиланням на Financial Times.
"Затвердження Азарова на посаду прем’єра супроводжувалося криками "Ганьба, ганьба!" в приміщенні парламенту, який охопили бійки. Це і справді була ганьба, але ще більшою ганьбою буде, якщо Україні не вдасться справитися з наступаючими проблемами, включаючи переговори про кредитний пакет з дуже обережним МВФ…", - пише Financial Times.
"Я не певний, що Україна знайде компроміс з МВФ, їй треба наважитися на те, щоб зробити складні речі, які вона воліла б не робила. Якби я був Фондом, я б дуже сумнівався у підписанні угоди, коли є великі питання щодо бажання влади дотримуватися умов програми впродовж тривалого часу", - відзначив експерт зі Східної Європи в лондонському Standard Bank Тімоті Еш.
За його словами, будь-яка програма має високу ймовірність зійти з правильного шляху, і я думаю, що МВФ захоче гарантій, що політики і міністри будуть її дотримуватися.
"Наразі, особливо зважаючи на те, що новий уряд ймовірно буде слабким і переважно зосередженим на президентських виборах 2015 року, я просто не бачу такої прихильності (до виконання умов МВФ)", - відзначив Еш.
Як зазначає Financial Times, інвестори будуть не в захваті від повернення Азарова.
"Він і його уряд пішли цього місяця у відставку, ймовірно для того, щоб посісти місця в парламенті.
